Description

In the data center world, availability of accurate, up-to-date data is key.    Operating redundant data centers and creating an “Active-Active” environment has become a popular idea in our industry.  A majority of organizations want the ability to provide access and availability to accurate data, but also require the information to be protected and secure.  But how do organizations accomplish this type of redundancy strategy?  Is Active-Active a reality?  Are people/organizations really able to achieve an Active-Active strategy?  In this session, we’ll tackle the elusive nature of a truly active/active data center and explore the idea that all Active-Active is not equal.  We’ll also discuss the right questions to be asking in order to begin the active-active conversation in your organization and provide a roadmap to get there.
