Security Track in the Exhibit Hall

Cybercrime is changing the way we do business. From 2013 to 2015, cybercrime costs quadrupled. Juniper research predicts the same increase will happen from 2015 to 2019, costing businesses $2.1 trillion globally by 2019. As service providers, data breaches can be a huge liability as customers expect full security, whether that is a realistic goal or not. Security sessions explore the latest technologies, mitigation strategies, and criminal techniques. Find out whether your business and customers are at risk. Join us in the exhibit hall for these important Security sessions.

Entry into 2 HostingCon Sessions

New for 2017! We've partnered with our sister event to grant Data Center World All Access and Standard Pass holders access to 2 educational sessions at HostingCon. These sessions include topics related to cutting edge technology and trends, business development and leadership strategy.

Student Inclusion Program

Not only is the data center seeing an aging global demographic, there is also an increase in demand for personnel. AFCOM and Data Center World are taking action to help this issue and plan for the future by introducing the industry to college students and individuals interested in STEM topics. This session will welcome local area college students to the industry and the event. Immediately following this panel introduction, students will be given a tour of the Data Center World and HostingCon exhibit halls to talk to industry leaders and vendors.

Media & Press Hub

Data Center World is working with iMiller Public Relations to help attract more press and media to the conference as well as help amplify the news and announcements originating at the event. iMiller PR is also coordinating meetings between conference exhibitors/sponsors and the press. At the conference, there will be a Media & Press Hub setup that as a place for the media to conduct interviews and publish their articles.

On-Site & Post-Conference Exhibitor Training

Data Center World believes that a successful conference is one where attendees and exhibitors walk away happy. To that end, Data Center World will be holding on-site Exhibitor Success Training. In addition, a post-event exhibitor webinar will be conducted showing best practices for turning conference leads into customers.

Speaker Training Webinars

Data Center World attendees love speakers who draw them in with a good story, a relevant case study, and some easy-to-implement data center tips. This year, we invited all our speakers to a series of 3 webinars with Cliff Kennedy, renowned speech coach and President of Kennedy Speech Communications, to help our speakers create and deliver a presentation that will "Engage, Inspire and Advance".
